This may include confirming guest details and uploading a photo ID. Required prior to check-in. - Guests must provide an email address to receive host communications (including any required agreements and check-in instructions). ** NOTE For guest safety and property protection, we may request ID verification and may collect either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee prior to arrival (platform rules permitting).
